FAQ
Every order is different and depends on the size and complexity of the order. If you are printing a large exhibition, we recommend contacting us at least a week before the deadline.
What do you print with?
We use Canon PRO series printers, only original pigment inks and the highest-quality archival papers.
Can you ship directly to my client without including an invoice?
Yes, we can – simply enter your client as the recipient, pay for shipping and upload the file to be printed.
I can't find a format that suits me. What should I do?
Simply choose one that fits your layout. If you would like us to trim it, mark that option.
What are the largest dimensions?
We usually print from A4 up to 105 cm (42 inch) wide prints.
What file should I send?
The file should be 300 dpi (no more than 2400 dpi); TIFF, JPG and PDF formats are accepted. If you are printing on canvas, you should leave at least 4 cm margins for wrapping. You can upload files when placing an order, or send them to us via wetransfer.com
What is the price?
The price depends on the chosen material and the file dimensions. Try to find the size that suits you under each material.
Can you frame it?
Yes, we can! Write us a message about what you would like and we will send you a framing offer.
How long does shipping take?
We use FedEx and DHL for worldwide delivery.
Delivery depends on your destination – within Europe it takes up to a week, elsewhere up to two weeks. In Lithuania 1-2 business days from dispatch (keep in mind that the standard printing lead time is 5-7 business days).
I changed my mind, I want to cancel / return my order:
If your order has not yet entered production, you can cancel it by writing us an email. If your order is already in production or has been shipped to you, we follow our basic terms for withdrawal from goods and services and product and money refunds.
