1. giclee.io privacy statement
1.1. giclee.io is committed to protecting your privacy. Our website's privacy statement sets out what information we collect and how, what we use it for and how we protect it.
1.2. The Client grants giclee.io the right to collect, manage, process and store their personal data to the extent and for the purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy and in other documents publicly published by UAB "Rėmai LT". The Client has the right to withdraw their permission for giclee.io to collect, manage and process their personal data, and to demand the deletion of personal data. The granting or withdrawal of consent to collect, manage and process the Client's personal data is valid only prospectively.
2. Personal data
2.1. Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
2.1.1. Online sales and after-sales customer service. Data processed: first name; surname; address; email address; telephone number. This data is stored for 5 years from the client's last login to the website or placement of an order.
2.1.2. Direct online payment for services. Data processed: first name; surname; payment URL link; IP address; encrypted payment content received to verify the authenticity of the electronic document; payment type; payment amount; telephone number; email address. This personal data is stored for 5 years from the Client's last login to the website or placement of an order.
2.1.3. Creation and administration of the Client's account. Data processed: email address, the password created by the client, and other personal data provided with the client's consent related to the purchase of an artwork. This personal data is stored for 5 years from the Client's last login to the website or placement of an order.
2.1.4. Direct marketing. Data processed: email address. Consent to the use of personal data for marketing purposes is expressed by ticking the indicated box ("Subscribe to the newsletter"). If the indicated box is not ticked, personal data is not processed for marketing purposes. The Client has the right to withdraw their consent at any time by clicking the link contained in every email sent by giclee.io, or by contacting giclee.io by email or telephone. This personal data is stored for 5 years from the Client's last login to the website or placement of an order.
2.3. A data storage period of 3 years applies in cases where the Client orders services from giclee.io but does not pay for them.
2.4. If the Client does not provide all or part of the data specified in point 2.1 of the Privacy Policy, giclee.io will not be able to fulfil the purpose(s) indicated above, i.e. a client account will not be created and/or the client will not be able to purchase artworks and/or pay for them online.
2.5. In order to ensure that the Client is properly provided with the services they purchase, the Client's personal data is provided to the following giclee.io partners:
2.5.1 Personal data collected for the purpose of direct online payment for services may be provided to: PayPal Holdings, Stripe
2.5.2. Personal data collected for framing purposes is provided to UAB "RĖMAI LT".
2.5.3. Personal data collected for delivery purposes may be provided to UAB "DPD Lietuva", TNT, FedEx and other delivery companies. Personal data is provided only for delivery purposes.
2.5.4. Personal data is provided to other entities only with the prior consent of the person.
2.6. The Client has the right to access their personal data. To find out what personal data giclee.io has collected and from which sources, for what purposes it is processed and to which recipients it has been provided over the past 1 year, the Client has the right to contact giclee.io. The Client's request is fulfilled within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Client's request.
2.6.1. If, having reviewed their personal data, the Client finds that this data is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, the Client has the right to submit a request to giclee.io indicating the incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate personal data and/or requesting suspension of the processing (except storage) of such personal data. Personal data is provided, corrected and deleted only on the basis of documents confirming the Client's identity and their personal data.
2.6.2. The Client's right to suspend the processing of personal data (except storage) or to have personal data deleted, as well as a request to correct personal data, is implemented within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the request.
2.7. UAB "Rėmai LT" undertakes not to transfer or otherwise disclose the personal data provided to it to third parties, except in the following cases:
2.7.1. if the person consents;
2.7.2. to law enforcement institutions in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
2.7.3. if it is necessary to prevent criminal acts or to investigate them;
2.7.4. in other cases provided for in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and international treaties concluded by the Republic of Lithuania.
3. Direct marketing
3.1. Occasionally you may receive our emails with information about new paintings, gallery additions and additional services. In your account you can indicate that you do not wish to receive such emails.
In addition, every time you receive a giclee.io newsletter you will have the opportunity to indicate that you no longer wish to receive giclee.io newsletters.
4. Website monitoring
4.1. giclee.io uses tracking software to monitor clients' website visit habits and website usage. Based on the monitoring results, we can create a more convenient website design and layout. This software does not collect any personal client information.
5. Cookies
5.1. This website uses cookies, which allow us to improve the services we offer and to provide certain functions that may be useful to clients. Cookies are small text files that are transferred from the web browser to your computer's hard drive and help us recognise your browser and track website visitors. In this way we learn which products and services best meet our clients' needs. Your contact and other information stored in cookies helps us recognise your computer when you browse the giclee.io website and enables you to place an order faster.
